Jacques Villeneuve, born on 15 March 1958 in Belgium, has lived with severe physical disabilities that affect his arms and legs. Despite this, Jacques began painting with his mouth at the age of six and has worked tirelessly to refine his craft. He studied at the City of Tienen Drawing Academy and later at the City of Leuven Academy, specializing in vibrant landscapes, figurative fantasies, and captivating circus scenes. Jacques has exhibited his work across Belgium and internationally, with his art known for its rich color and expressive detail.
