Mouth Artist from Brazil

Clênio Marcio Ventura, born on 23 November 1969, became quadriplegic after a shallow water dive. Motivated by curiosity, he began painting with his mouth in 1999, using oil and acrylic on canvas. A self-taught artist, Clênio views painting as his life. Since becoming a Scholarship Member of MFPA in 2000, he has exhibited his works at prestigious venues, including the National Museum of Argentina and Parapan in Rio de Janeiro. His art continues to inspire many.
