Mariusz Maczka’s life was forever altered in 1988 when a car accident left him paralyzed, but he didn’t let this stop him from pursuing his passion. In 1993, five years after the accident, he discovered mouth painting, which quickly became a gateway for him to express his creativity. Joining the MFPA in 2000 as a Student Member, Mariusz’s growth as an artist was remarkable. His oil paintings, predominantly of still lifes, landscapes, and animals—particularly horses—reflect both his technical skill and deep love for nature. Over the years, Mariusz’s mouth-painted artwork has been showcased in numerous exhibitions, where it continues to inspire and captivate viewers.
